OUR RESPONSE TO COVID-19 Plans underway to re-open September 2020
On March 18, 2020 Well Bread temporarily closed due to the State of Emergency declared for the Yukon Territory because of the Corona Virus Pandemic.
The March classes that were canceled due to this closure will be the first to be held.
If you are unable to attend the rescheduled class date, a gift certificate will be issued to you for a future culinary class of your choice that fits your schedule.
Like most other small food businesses, our industry has been monumentally impacted and how we do business in the future is changing.
I will strive to make my cooking, baking and mixology classes the best I can keeping your, mine and the Well Bread staff's health and safety the top priority.
Enjoy your summer and we look forward to welcoming you back in the fall with new classes and old favourites as well.
Please continue to support local food businesses by ordering take-out, ordering groceries online for pickup/delivery (don't forget about the smaller places like Bigway & Super A Riverdale & Porter Creek, Riverside Grocery and all the local meat/food suppliers who are currently still in business), not shopping in groups (offer to babysit for friends and family so only one parent needs to go to the store), washing your hands often or using hand sanitizer if soap and water is not available. Support local small businesses instead of buying online from the industry giants - those small businesses keep your community going strong.
Protect one another and yourself. Stay home if you are not feeling well. Respect physical distancing and don't judge others for wearing PPE in public. Be nice.
