SUMMARY:Christmas Cookies and Truffles - 2nd offering
DESCRIPTION:Learn to bake tender\, beautiful cookies that will be the star of this year’s cookie exchange! Each table will make a different kind of Christmas cookie and each guest will take home 1 dozen of each type of cookie/sweet. We will make Linzer Cookies\, Rugelach\, Romais\, and Truffles (every good cookie exchange needs a gluten-free item).  We will use tree nuts (hazelnuts and almonds)\, wheat\, and dairy at this class. \nThis is a public class open to everyone. If you are not comfortable sharing a table with a stranger\, whom you will be closer to than 6 feet (4 feet)\, then purchase two tickets and bring a friend/partner. If you are not fully vaccinated we expect you to wear a mask during the entire class. The staff at Well Bread are fully vaccinated and in good health. If Chef Cat or a staff member becomes ill the class will be cancelled and rescheduled for a future date. \n
