In this class, we will make basic bread dough by hand and bake it during the class. You will learn how to knead, shape, and score a basic loaf. Beginner bakers will find this class very helpful. This class is not able to be modified to a gluten-free format.

We are not using sourdough starter, only commercial yeast. Sourdough classes are considered advanced bread baking and are taught separately.
This is a public class open to everyone. If you are not comfortable sharing a table with a stranger, whom you will be closer to than 6 feet, then buy two tickets and bring a friend/partner. If you are not fully vaccinated we expect you to wear a mask during the entire class. The staff at Well Bread continue to follow all mandatory COVID-19 protocols.
