Gluten Free 101
Giving up wheat and other grains that contain gluten doesn’t mean you have to give up on flavour and texture. In this class Chef Cat will show you how to swap out the wheat so you can still enjoy “breaded” foods, yeasty breads and tender cakes. We will learn to make a versatile gf flour blend and explore how to choose alternative starches for wheat. We will use nut flour in one of the dishes in this class. Well Bread is not a gluten free facility and we take reasonable precautions to avoid cross contamination.
