Pasta – Filled and Shaped
In this class, you’ll make pasta dough from wheat flour and eggs, roll it out using a pasta roller, shape it by hand, and fill some with a delicious cheese filling. You’ll taste a portion of what you make and take the rest home to enjoy later or freeze.
This class is not gluten-free and not able to be made vegan.
This is a public class open to everyone. If you are not comfortable sharing a table with a stranger (whom you will be closer to than 6 feet) then purchase two tickets and bring a friend/partner. If you are not fully vaccinated we expect you to wear a mask during the entire class. The staff at Well Bread are fully vaccinated and in good health. If a staff member of Well Bread becomes ill (and no replacement is available), the class will be cancelled and rescheduled for a future date.
