Sushi Making 101 – CANCELED
Roll and shape your way to sushi paradise in this hands-on sushi making class with Chef Chris Irving. Maki and Nigiri are the two most popular kinds of sushi and both involve expertly cooked rice. We will use local Arctic Charr, cooked and raw seafood, fruits, vegetables and traditional condiments at this class. You will choose what to put in your Maki (rolls/cones) or on your Nigiri because fabulous sushi doesn’t have to be made with raw fish (if that’s not your thing).
Class is for both vegetarians and meat-eaters.
