Vegan 101 – Cooking & Baking
Amy Lank, Registered Dietitian, and Chef Cat are teaming up to teach some fundamentals about preparing Vegan (plant only) food. If you are already living a vegan lifestyle and want some inspiration in the kitchen, have someone in your household that has decided to switch to a vegan diet or are just curious how to prepare some delicious vegan food for the occasional dinner guest, this is a class you’ll find very helpful. This is an introductory class and we will cover the fundamentals of vegan eating.
