If you’re already an experienced Baker and want to expand your skills, this is the class for you. We’ll explore traditional Viennoserie pastries and laminated dough (Croissants/Danish/puff pastry), custard and fruit fillings. You’ll prepare pastries in both savoury and sweet applications and have plenty of left overs to take home.
