This class is all about beef and how it reacts to heat. You will learn how to make a perfectly cooked steak; what cuts of beef are better in some dishes and why; and how to roast meats and bones to achieve optimum flavour for sauces and stock. We’ll discuss some foolproof ways to roast and braise beef so your next dinner party will be relaxed, delicious and a confident success for you. Your inner carnivore will be so happy in this class! We will use as much local beef as possible in this class.
