LAMB & PORK
Skill level: Beginner/Intermediate

We will guide you through the different cuts of lamb and pork, and how to prepare them for optimum flavour. We may use some fancy kitchen gadgets (like a sous vide machine) to show how a beginner cook can easily make a spectacular and perfectly cooked piece of meat. As always, you’ll leave with the recipes and know how to create succulent, juicy, properly cooked meat dishes. We will use local pork and lamb when available.
