**COMING IN THE NEW YEAR**

Chef Cat grew up eating homemade perogy at least once a week thanks to her Slovakian Mother. We’ll make soft, traditional dough and fill it with a variety of hearty fillings; hand shape and cook a portion of these perfect morsels to enjoy together and the rest you’ll take home to enjoy at a later date. We’ll explore a variety of ways to serve this iconic staple of Eastern European culinary culture.
