PERFECTING PASTRY

Skill level: Beginner

You’ll learn a variety of techniques to create perfect pastry dough for pies and quiche. We’ll make homemade fruit pie filling and learn the tricks of perfectly baked quiche. You’ll bake your quiche and enjoy it with a light salad (local greens when available) and glass of chilled wine at our long table at the end of class. We’ll freeze your fruit pie in our blast chiller for you to take home and bake.
