Our Italian trained Chef, Berna, will guide you through the techniques of authentic hand made pasta and gnocchi. We’ll use fresh local eggs and hand crank our creations into a variety of shapes. You’ll learn the secrets of delicate gnocchi making and enjoy your creations with traditional sauces at the end of the class. Prepare to work your arms in this class!
