Cocktails and Mocktails
Get your shaker ready, this class is all about mixing drinks and preparing a bar for home entertaining. We will use locally sourced spirits and beers, and combine them with infusions and handmade syrups. Bitters and Wild Edibles
Our local Bitters expert Jennifer Tidesley of Free Pour Jenny’s will guide you through the art of making your own bitters at home and then we’ll use her commercially made bitters to create some cocktails from her latest cookbook. We will serve small bites with each cocktail; however, a full meal will not be served…
