We’ll make a Russian/Ukrainian version of this classic comfort food (using local cabbage when available) and enjoy them at a long table with imported beer and ice cold local vodka at the end of class. Chef Cat will demonstrate homemade sour cream making while your cabbage rolls bake. You’ll take left overs home from this generous meal.
