Glenys and Kate, Chocolatiers from The Chocolate Claim, are your instructors for this class. The Chocolate Claim has been providing Whitehorse with hand-made chocolates for over 20 years. Chef Cat, Glenys and Kate have studied with Master Chocolatiers and Chocolate Makers from around the globe. Collectively we bring over 35 years of Chocolatier experience to this class.
