
DO-IT-YOURSELF DAIRY
Skill level: Beginner/Intermediate
Hand made butter, sour cream, cream cheese, mascarpone and yogurt are all possible at home with no special equipment! We’ll show you how to create the conditions in your kitchen necessary for the cultures to do their magic and transform store-bought milk into our favourite dairy treats. We’ll enjoy our dairy products on fresh bread (Chef will make ahead of class) and a glass of wine at the long table at class end. Where appropriate you’ll take home your handmade products and enough culture to make your own batch of yogurt at home.
