Demonstration Class

The Saucier is one of the most coveted positions in a professional kitchen; often it takes years to earn this important job. Chef will demonstrate the “mother sauces” and show you how to make reductions from roasted meats and vegetables. This is a demonstration class with plenty of opportunity for questions and tasting. Wine pairings will be served with sample plates using the sauces demonstrated. This is a fabulous date night or night-out class.
