SEAFOOD & FISH

Skill level: Beginner/Intermediate

We live 100 miles from some of the best fish and seafood in the world! In this class you will learn how to pan fry scallops and how to bake a piece of fish to perfection. Chef will demonstrate how to break down a whole fish and you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions during the process. You’ll enjoy your ocean meats with a wine pairing at class end.
