Skill level: Beginner

Creating a good soup or stew is all about building flavour and giving it time to develop. Chef will teach you how to make rich stocks from meats and vegetables and you’ll have the choice of making a chicken or beef soup to take home. This is a leisurely class with plenty of time for questions and note taking. While your soups develop you’ll watch Chef demonstrate how to make quick and hearty soups using every day ingredients found at the store – because sometimes a quick bowl of soup is all we have time for.
