This class is for beginner bread makers. You’ll learn to knead dough by hand, shape, score, and bake a loaf of wheat bread. Chef Cat will walk you through the fundamentals of baking bread right from measuring ingredients to storing your baked loaves. You’ll roll rich dough and assemble cinnamon buns to take home and bake. This class is also great for bread makers who want to troubleshoot their current bread-making issues and learn some new tricks that may help.
This class uses wheat flour and cannot be altered to gluten-free. Gluten-free baking classes will be offered in November and after the new year.
This is a public class open to everyone. If you are not comfortable sharing a table with a stranger, whom you will be closer to than 6 feet (4 feet), then purchase two tickets and bring a friend/partner. If you are not fully vaccinated we expect you to wear a mask during the entire class. The staff at Well Bread are fully vaccinated and in good health. Should that change, the class will be cancelled and reschedule for a future date.
