Cookie Decorating – flooded icing technique

You’ll learn to make the beautiful, flooded-icing cookies that blow up our social media feeds. These cookies are easy to make with a little patience and practice.

Sugar cookies are the base for these beauties and due to the class size, those will be made by Chef Cat before the class. You will learn to make and colour the icing, then relax and decorate cookies till your heart is content. We’ll use autumn-themed cookies this class and get your imagination in gear for the upcoming Christmas cookie season.  You’ll receive all the recipes needed, leave the class with a box full of fabulous cookies and have the confidence to make them at home with family and friends.

This is a public class open to everyone. If you are not comfortable sharing a table with a stranger, whom you will be closer to than 6 feet (4 feet), then purchase two tickets and bring a friend/partner. If you are not fully vaccinated we expect you to wear a mask during the entire class. The staff at Well Bread are fully vaccinated and in good health. Should that change, the class will be cancelled and reschedule for a future date.

Thinking of sending your young person to this class? It’s suitable for young persons who already have well-established baking skills and can work independently with little supervision.
