Pierogi – Polish/Ukrainian dumplings
Fill your freezer this winter with homemade Pierogi, the iconic Eastern European comfort food. You’ll make tender pierogi dough, a delicious bacon/cheese/potato filling (can be made vegetarian) and pinch your way to Pierogi perfection. You’ll sample a plate of your own creations and take home all the Pierogi you make in class.
Wheat flour is used to make Pierogi dough and cannot be altered to gluten-free in this class.
This is a public class open to everyone. If you are not comfortable sharing a table with a stranger, whom you will be closer to than 6 feet (4 feet), then purchase two tickets and bring a friend/partner. If you are not fully vaccinated we expect you to wear a mask during the entire class. The staff at Well Bread are fully vaccinated and in good health. Should that change, the class will be cancelled and reschedule for a future date.
