ADVANCED PASTRY

Skill level: Experienced/Advanced

If you’re already an experienced Baker and want to expand your skills, this is the class for you. We’ll explore traditional Viennoserie pastries and laminated doughs (Croissants/Danish/puff pastry). We’ll prepare our pastries in both savoury and sweet applications and you’ll have plenty of left overs to take home.
