This is the class every outdoor enthusiast has been waiting for! Learn how to lessen your load by creating dehydrated foods that will keep you safely nourished on all your upcoming outdoor adventures. In this class, Chef Pat McKenna will teach you the basics of safely dehydrating food. You will learn how to use a dehydrator, oven, and the sun to dehydrate food, which foods are best to dehydrate, and how to safely do so. You will also learn how to rehydrate ingredients to put together a delicious one-pot meal over a cookstove (outdoor experience included in this class weather permitting). This class is a demonstration culinary experience. You will enjoy watching a highly skilled chef prepare foods in front of you. You will taste many samples of already dehydrated foods during the class. Questions and note-taking will be encouraged throughout the entire class.
Tickets for this class are sold in pairs.
ONLY PURCHASE ONE TICKET – YOU WILL HAVE TWO SPOTS IN THE CLASS.
Each person in a group of two MUST be in the same social/family/work bubble so you may enjoy your class without having to wear a mask when you are seated beside your table partner.

This class is one of the first public class offerings at Well bread since March 2020. Every guest will follow strict pandemic guidelines including distancing, mask-wearing, and sanitizing hands.
