These are the meats more commonly found in Europe and Asia. Chef Berna will guide you through the different cuts and how to prepare them. You’ll prepare either a lamb or pork roast with an accompanying sauce to take home at the end of the class. A demonstration meal prepared by Chef Berna will be served with a wine pairing at the end of the class.
