Skill level: Beginner

Chef Cat grew up eating homemade perogies at least once a week thanks to her Slovakian Mother. We’ll make soft perogy dough and hearty fillings, hand shape and cook a portion of these perfect morsels to enjoy at a long table with imported beer at the end of class. We’ll freeze your uncooked perogies in our blast chiller so you’ll have them to enjoy at home.
