Thai cuisine is all about balancing spicy, salty, sour and sweet flavours. Chef Chris Irving will teach you the essentials of Thai cooking and introduce you to unique Thai ingredients that can all be sourced at the local grocery stores. You will prepare authentic Thai dishes such as a tangy salad, hot and sour soup, spicy green curry and sweet coconut-mango sticky rice. All recipes can be prepared vegan friendly.
