Bread 101- beginner breads
Wouldn’t it be great to make a sandwich with the bread YOU made by hand? Then let’s do that together. In this class you’ll learn kneading, proofing, shaping and baking techniques that give you airy, chewy, baked breads and not tough hockey pucks that end up in the compost bin. We’ll be using our hands in every dough so leave your rings at home, trim your nails and get ready for this hands-on class. One the menu: chewy Focaccia, soft dinner buns and a hearty sandwich loaf. Yum! Sorry, we can’t make this class gluten free.
