Why didn’t you eat your lunch today (*insert your child’s name here)? Eat your breakfast or your brain won’t work! Sound familiar? At this class your child will learn to make their own school lunch which they will actually eat. Quick breakfasts are possible if you have some essential items in your pantry and fridge and give your child some ownership for the food prep. Chef Cat has children and understands how difficult it can be to make these meals interesting, let alone healthy and quick. After this class your child will have no excuse not to pack their lunch themselves!

We know kids have a lot of food intolerances and allergies. We will try to accommodate all these intolerances/allergies in this class; however, items such as wheat, eggs, dairy and soy will be used by the other kids at this class.
