Spanish 101

Chef Claude has toured, lived and worked all throughout the Mediterranean. At this class, Chef Claude will guide you through preparing two classic Spanish dishes: Croquetas de Pollo (chicken croquettes) and Tortilla de Patata (pan fried potato tortilla). Spanish cuisine is all about using every day ingredients and transforming them into a Mediterranean masterpieces with techniques and seasoning. Also, you’ll make delicious red wine sangria to enjoy with your food. Ole!
