Making a Turkey for Thanksgiving or Christmas can be intimidating. You’re not alone. Remember that dried out bird our parents passed around with a gallon of gravy? That’s going to be just a memory after this class. Chef Cat will walk you through all the steps it takes to make a food-safe, stuffed Turkey with lots of delicious gravy. You’ll learn the basics about brining and prepping a turkey, make simple and delicious stuffing, and take the bird and stuffing home with you to cook later that Thanksgiving weekend! And, you’ll learn her technique to roast your big bird in 3 hours! No, you don’t have to get up at 4am to do your Turkey…unless they’re sleeping in the bed beside you 😉
The Turkey you will receive at this class will be an average sized, 10-12lb young grade-A Turkey (enough for 8-10 people). If you do not need the Turkey, Cat will refund you $15 after you purchase your ticket but only if you notify her at the time of booking. You will not have your own Turkey to work with during the class if you choose this option.
