Pierogi 101 – Eastern European dumplings
In this class we’ll roll and pinch our way to comfort food nirvana. Chef Cat grew up making and eating pierogi and has a few modern tricks to add to the traditional techniques. We’ll make the dough and a few types of fillings, and you’ll roll, fill and pinch your pierogi just like a Baba Boss! You’ll sample a few and take the rest of what you make home.
