**COMING IN THE NEW YEAR**

We’ll make several styles of Eastern European versions of this classic comfort food (using local cabbage when available) and enjoy them together with imported beers and ice cold vodka at the end of class. Chef Cat will demonstrate homemade cheese making while your cabbage rolls bake. You’ll take left overs home from this class and the recipes to recreate this comfort food at home.
