PASTA 101
Description
Skill level: Beginner – young children love this class! Children under 12 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Chef Cat has been making handmade pasta from the time she could barely see over the kitchen table. Children as young as 6 have come to Well Bread Culinary Centre and learned to make pasta with a little help. This is an excellent class to build kitchen-confidence in young and new-to-the-kitchen cooks. Experienced cooks will certainly learn something new in this class. We use fresh local eggs and hand crank our creations into a variety of shapes. You’ll learn tricks to make different pasta shapes and enjoy your creations with quick sauces you’ll make during class.
