Chef Cat will help you transform fresh fruit into sultry, sweet spreads that glide across fresh bread and pastries. We’ll learn about pectin – why it’s a good thing, and sugar content – how to naturally reduce it. You’ll go home with multiple jars of fresh jam that are shelf stable for at least a year!
